WWE fan reportedly scammed out of over $40,000 by Rhea Ripley impersonator
WPXI-TV in Pittsburgh reported on a scam involving someone impersonating WWE star Rhea Ripley, citing information released by Pennsylvania State Police in Kittanning.
According to police, the incident occurred in March and involved an unknown person or persons posing as Rhea and defrauding a 64-year-old man of over $40,000. A public information officer said the victim declined to cooperate with the investigation. No arrests have been made.
