Ric Flair issues statement regarding his Cameo video that went viral on social media
In April of 2025, someone ordered a personalized Cameo video from Ric Flair as a wedding gift for his brother. Flair read the submitted message verbatim and questioned the decision to get married with the question, “Why would you get married, motherf*cker?” The video drew backlash from the buyer, who left a one-star review criticizing Flair.
In a post via Twitter/X, Flair issued the following statement regarding the video that went viral in late 2025…
“I wouldn’t want anyone to have a bad experience as they keep pouring in. So, to make things right, I am more than happy to reimburse the person that seems to be unhappy with their @Cameo. Please reach out to my law firm in Boston—Hartman Law. I apologize for not addressing this sooner.”
