Results of Jon Moxley vs. Kyle O’Reilly at AEW Full Gear 2025
Jon Moxley vs. Kyle O’Reilly in a no holds barred match took place at AEW Full Gear 2025. Here are the highlights…
O’Reilly immediately went after Moxley when the match started. O’Reilly applied the Ankle Lock early, but Moxley escaped to the outside. After being handed a fork by Marina, Moxley stabbed O’Reilly in the head repeatedly and O’Reilly was busted open.

After Moxley dominated for a few minutes, O’Reilly was able to fight back. After being launched into the ring post, Moxley was also busted open. Back in the ring, O’Reilly attempted multiple submissions on Moxley but couldn’t secure the victory. Moxley tried to use the fork again, but O’Reilly took it and used it on him.

After O’Reilly brought a chain into the ring, the two men fought over it. After giving O’Reilly a stomp onto the chain, Moxley brought a chair into the ring and used it on O’Reilly’s arm. O’Reilly managed to counter Moxley’s submission and applied the Ankle Lock again, this time using the chain for assistance. Moxley tapped out, giving O’Reilly the victory.
A frustrated Moxley seemingly showed respect to O’Reilly but then attacked him as the crowd chanted, “You tapped out!”
