Ric Flair: “Everyone wants to take a shot at Hulk Hogan but he doesn’t deserve it”
It was reported by TMZ.com on Thursday that WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan (Terry Bollea) passed away at the age of 71. While speaking to TMZ, Flair brought up his son Reid’s addiction battles and how Hogan helped them…
“My son went to six rehabs, and my insurance didn’t cover rehab. So Hulk lent me money one time to keep him in rehab and keep him off life support. So I never forgot that. And I went to pay him back, and he said, ‘You never have to pay me back. I’m here for you.’ And when I was dying in the hospital, I don’t remember, but he was the first one there. So how do you forget things like that?”
“Everyone wants to take a shot at Hulk but he doesn’t deserve it. People make mistakes, and who knows how that happened? It’s unfair to judge. Who would I be to judge anybody? Really, who is anybody to judge? We’ve all made mistakes.” (quotes courtesy of WrestlingNews.co)
