Results of Trick Williams vs. Ethan Page at WWE NXT Halloween Havoc 2024 including Bubba Ray Dudley appearance

Trick Williams (c) vs. Ethan Page in a Devil’s Playground match (falls count anywhere) for the NXT title took place at the WWE NXT Halloween Havoc 2024 PLE. Here are the highlights…

* Page attacked Williams from behind during the introductions. Page tried to use a pumpkin as a weapon but Williams grabbed it and placed it over Page’s head. The two fought out of the ring and into the crowd.

* The battle returned to the ring and Page took control by giving Williams a sidewalk slam through a chair. Page poured out nuts and blots from a bag but Williams gave Page a neckbreaker onto them.

* Outside of the ring, Page regained control and gave Williams an Ego’s Edge off the steel steps through the announce table but Trick managed to kick out. Williams was bleeding from the mouth and officials checked on him. Williams refused to forfeit the match and got back to his feet.

* Page tried to use the steel steps but Williams avoided getting hit and gave Page a Rock Bottom onto the steps. Page gave Williams a low blow and trash talked but then Williams gave Page a low blow of his own. Williams used the steel steps and then pinned Page with the Trick Shot.

* After the match, Ridge Holland attacked Trick Williams. Page joined in with the attack but Bubba Day Dudley, who was confronted by Holland earlier in the show, made the save for Williams.
