FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood) and the Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) took place at AEW WrestleDream 2026. Here are the highlights…

The bout was the first match in a best-of-five series. It began during the Tailgate Brawl and continued into the main show. All four men brawled as the opening pyro went off. Afterward, FTR worked over Shelley until Sabin was eventually able to make the hot tag.

Stokely tried to get involved on the outside but accidentally hit Dax. Back in the ring, Sabin continued to build momentum with a springboard DDT. Sabin kept up the pressure until Cash was able to help Dax regain control.

After Shelley got back into the mix, things broke down, with all four competitors in the ring. MCMG nearly won the match, but Cash put Dax’s foot on the rope. FTR fought back with a spiked piledriver on Sabin, but he was able to kick out. MCMG regained the advantage and, after taking Dax out of the equation, finished off Cash to pick up the victory.
