Roxanne Perez (c) vs. Lola Vice for the women’s title took place at WWE NXT Heatwave 2024. Here are the highlights…
* Roxanne slapped Lola when the match started and that got Lola fired up. Lola went for a spinning backfist but Roxanne slipped to the outside of the ring. Lola got Roxanne back in the ring and the match went back and forth. Lola applied a sleeper submission and Raxanne managed to roll them outside of the ring. Lola went for the spinning backfist but missed and hit the ring post.

* Roxanne targeted the hand of Lola. Lola managed to finally connect with the backfist but Roxanne fell outside of the ring. Lola got Roxanne back in the ring and went for the cover but Roxanne got her foot on the rope. Lola was selling her hand and Roxanne sent Lola’s hand into the ring post again. Roxanne hit Pop Rocks but Lola managed to kick out.

* A frustrated Roxanne took Lola to the outside and gave her Pop Rocks on the announce table. Roxanne got Lola back in the ring and went for a cover but Lola kicked out again. Roxanne hit several more Pop Rocks and finally got the win.
