Video: WWE NXT champion Ilja Dragunov makes his RAW debut

As seen during the 2024 WWE RAW After Mania broadcast, WWE NXT champion Ilja Dragunov made his RAW debut in a match against Shinsuke Nakamura. Dragunov picked up the victory with the Torpedo Moscow finishing move. On commentary, it was stated that Dragunov has declared himself for the 2024 WWE Draft in late April.

According to Corey Brennan of Fightful.com, it’s believed that people in WWE see Dragunov “in the same vein as Gunther and have plans to push him in a similar capacity once he makes his way to the main roster.”
