Results of the men’s Iron Survivor challenge match at WWE NXT Deadline 2023 PLE

The men’s Iron Survivor challenge match (Dijak, Trick Williams, Josh Briggs, Bron Breakker and Tyler Bate) took place during the WWE NXT Deadline 2023 PLE. Here were the highlights…

* The wrestler with the most points at the end of the 25-minute match would be declared the winner. Anyone that lost a fall would have to spend 90 seconds in a penalty box.

* Dijak and Briggs started the match. Dijak hit his “Feast Your Eyes” finisher right before the first five minutes ended to score the first point.

* Bate was the third entrant. Bate was doing well against Dijak until Briggs came in and threw Bate out of the way. Briggs then pinned Dijak with a clothesline from hell to score a point. When Dijak came back in, Bate was able to roll up Dijak to score a point.

* Williams was the fourth entrant and cleaned house against everyone. Dijak tried to jump off the top but Williams jumped off Briggs’ back and collided with Dijak in the air. Bate did a lengthy airplane spin to Williams into a slam and received a standing ovation from the fans. Bate then pinned Williams with a Tiger Driver to score a 2nd point.

* Breakker was the final entrant and immediately pinned Briggs, Bate, and Dijak with spears to score three points. Williams came out of the penalty box and went at it with Breakker. Dijak was able to pin Williams for gain his 2nd point. Breakker hit a Frankenstein to Dijak but Bate turned it into a Tiger Driver on Dijak and scored his 3rd point.

* Dijak and Briggs started working together. The two hit moonsaults at the same time and scored stereo pins to give three points to Dijak and two points for Briggs. Dijak and Briggs then took each other down with double big boots.

* On the outside of the ring, Breakker speared Williams through the barricade but then Dijak chokeslammed Breakker through the announce table.

* Back in the ring, Williams managed to pin Briggs to gain his first point. Dijak went for a cover but was attacked by Eddie Thorpe and Williams pinned Dijak. Williams then pinned Bate to gain a 3rd point. William then hit a spin kick to Breakker right before the clock ran out to gain a 4th point and win the match.
