In Your Dynamite House!

There’s a strong belief that Tommy End (Aliester Black) is close to signing with AEW.  If I was a brat, I’d count up how many former WWE guys AEW has already.  But hey, after you leave WWE are you supposed to just stop wrestling? It’s called the wrestling BUSINESS-not the WWE business.  Will they use him better than WWE? Who can say.  I mean, are they using Miro better than WWE? Eventually.  It took some time.

I’m halfway through Smackdown as I type this and thought Montez Ford vs Chad Gabe was a fantastic match! Ford will surely be a singles star at some point.  Elsewhere on Smackdown, it would appear that Jey Uso has finally had enough.  Or is this just a ploy.  Jey popped off at Roman and Jimmy before storming off.  I definitely want to see where this goes!

NXT In Your House takes place Sunday night.  Let’s do a quick rundown of the card.  Mercedes Martinez vs Xia Li should be a stiff one.  I think Li takes it through some nefarious dealings.

LA Knight vs Cameron Grimes in a ladder match for the Million Dollar Championship-because NXT needs another title.  Seriously though, it’s great to see the Million Dollar Championship return after decades dormant.  I think Knight takes it.  Perhaps Dibiase gets involved and reveals himself as Knight’s manager.

Bronson Reed and MSK put the North American and tag titles, respectively, on the line in a winner-take-all match against Legado del Fantasma.  Reed and MSK will lose it all, I’m thinking.

Raquel Gonzalez defends the NXT Women’s Championship against Ember Moon and I think she’ll do so successfully.  This will be a fire match with Raquel coming out on top.  Also, we haven’t seen the Gonzalez/Kai split yet.  You know it’s coming.

The huge NXT Championship match with Karrion Kross defending against Adam Cole, Pete Dunne, Johnny Gargano and Kyle O’Reilly will be insanely unpredictable! I’d say Kross wins but there’s talk of him getting ruined, I mean called to Raw or Smackdown.  After all, he’s a two time champion and turn around is pretty quick there.  Especially given the recent firings.  They were obviously making room for new stars when they let go of a Stroman, Mickie, etc.  I expect them to bring Kross to Raw or Smackdown soon.

Some AEW Dynamite before I go.  Darby telling Sting to stay home next week when he faces Ethan Page and Scorpio Sky next week is interesting.  Does he find another partner or go it alone? Also made was an MMA match between Hager and Wardlow.  We knew Inner Circle vs Pinnacle wasn’t over.  PNP vs Dax and Dawson as well as the reigniting of Jericho vs MJF will go down.  Exciting times ahead for AEW! It’s all looking good, really.  I enjoy the family saga between Reigns, Jimmy and Jey.  I’m interested in seeing where it all goes.  We look to be in for one hot summer!
