WWE star seemingly confirms the departure of announcer Kevin Patrick

Earlier this week, Kevin Patrick was reportedly removed from his position as an announcer for WWE Smackdown. On Thursday, Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com noted that Patrick was released from WWE.

WWE star Sheamus seemingly confirmed Patrick’s departure with the following message via Twitter/X…

“Such a privilege to have worked with Kevin Patrick, a true professional and a true Irish man. I hope to see more great things from this fella in the future.. may the road rise to meet ya @kev_egan!
