WWE personality McKenzie Mitchell, who had been working as a backstage interviewer, issued the following statement via Instagram…
“Today I was released by WWE. This experience has been a journey full of ups and downs — which brought me some of the best moments yet. I met my husband, moved cross country from Connecticut to Florida for @wwenxt (a place I’ve always considered home), started in the digital space and made my way to TV, and met friends that became like family. I’ve always said and firmly believe in “when one door closes, another opens.”
Many of you may not know @headlinebymm was a dream that became a reality in June and is extremely special to me. I look forward to and thank you for your continued support 🤍”
