Kairi Sane was among several WWE departures announced on April 24th 2026. Following the news of Kairi’s departure, a fan petition was set up to have her brought back. As of Sunday morning, there were close to 1,500 verified signatures.

Furthermore, a #WeWantKairi movement trended on Twitter/X, with the hashtag reaching as high as #2 in the sports category. WWE personality Jackie Redmond wrote a post with the message #WeWantKairi but later deleted it. She also reposted Iyo Sky’s tribute to Kairi.

Fans even went as far as to “hijack” a Triple H post. One person included a photo of Kairi flipping off the camera, which received nearly 1,000 likes.
