WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross announces that he has been diagnosed with colon cancer

WWE Hall of Famer and current AEW personality Jim Ross, who last appeared on television at the 2025 Dynasty PPV event, wrote the following message via Twitter/X…

“Diagnosed this week with colon cancer. Surgery being scheduled in the next week or two. I appreciate your concern and support.”

JR has dealt with various health issues in recent years including an “unexpected” trip to an emergency room in Norman, Oklahoma due to “shortness of the breath.” JR later revealed that he had contracted a virus.
