WWE could be bringing a “major PLE” to Australia in 2028

According to WrestleVotes Radio, WWE is committed to a three-year partnership with Perth, Australia, with a PLE weekend planned in the city each year. WrestleVotes noted that when it comes to booking locations for major WWE events, the decision ultimately comes down to money, including how much cities and tourism organizations are willing to negotiate and pay WWE to host the shows.

A source told WrestleVotes that one of those weekends could feature a “major PLE,” with Survivor Series or the Royal Rumble mentioned as potential options. The source indicated that 2028 could be a possible target for WWE to bring one of its traditional Big Four events to Perth.

WWE is bringing Wrestlepalooza back to its PLE calendar, with Wrestlepalooza: Perth scheduled for December 12th 2026 at RAC Arena.
