WWE accused of “copying and pasting” Tiffany Stratton’s Money in the Bank cash-in attempt
WWE has been accused of “copying and pasting” Tiffany Stratton’s Money in the Bank cash-in attempt, with fans pointing out several similarities from October 2024 and October 2026. Both segments featured Liv Morgan as champion, Tiffany Stratton as the Money in the Bank holder, the Nia Jax and Chelsea Green friendship storyline, Joe Tessitore and Wade Barrett on commentary, the same referee, and Dominik Mysterio coming to Liv’s aid.
Twitter/X user CeaserWrestles uploaded a comparison video. User @wrestlelamia reacted, “Utter f*cking laziness. What a waste of a MITB win.” User @WrestlingHumble wrote, “I can understand redoing angles from 20-25 years ago like HBK sometimes does in NXT, but redoing angles that happened just two years ago is hilarious.” User @WrestleFeatures posted, “Surely, they could have done something more exciting than this?”
– Same Champion (Liv Morgan)
– Same Ms. MITB (Tiffany Stratton)
– Same Nia/Chelsea Friendship Storyline
– Same Commentators (Joe/Barrett)
– Same Referee for the match
– Same "Dom for the save" angleTHEY LITERALLY COPY PASTED THE WHOLE SEGMENT FROM 2024. MY GOD. 😭 pic.twitter.com/yKRZ9wKpim
