What is being said about Karrion Kross’ future with WWE following “worked-shoot” promo

As seen during the WWE WrestleMania 41 Sunday PLE, AJ Styles lost to Logan Paul after turning down an opportunity from Karrion Kross to cheat. Kross cut a “worked-shoot” promo after the event.

It was noted on WrestleVotes Radio that WWE plans to elevate Karrion Kross in a “unique” manner with a focus on his presence outside of the ring. The company reportedly aims to highlight Kross through enhanced character development which may not immediately result in an in-ring push.

WWE Hall of Famer Diamond Dallas Page publicly endorsed Kross with the following message via Twitter/X: “I get asked all the time… Who’s the next Big Break Out Star? If the people get behind him… You just saw him!” DDP also told Ariel Helwani that he sees Kross as “really getting that break” at some point.
