Vince Russo announces his departure from Juggalo Championship Wrestling (JCW)

Over the past few weeks I have received many e-mails, dms and text messages concerning my status with jcwlunacy

For those of you who know me, you know I don’t hide from the truth, I don’t avoid the truth and I certainly don’t lie about the truth.

The reason for my silence was that . . . I just didn’t know. I just needed some time. I’d been unhappy for a while in jcwlunacy and I’m not going to deny that. Something had to change.

Without getting into specifics, there were a lot of reasons with the biggest one being that at 65 . . . I’m not the same guy I was 30 years ago. Things have changed, life has changed and more importantly . . . I’ve changed.

A short while ago I had a phone conversation with Violent J and we have amicably agreed to part ways.

Hey man, it was supposed to be for a few weeks, maybe a couple of months, but we KILLED IT for an entire year.

So now . . . it’s time to move on. What the future holds . . . we shall see.

I’d like to thank Violent J—one of the kindest, gentlest, most creative souls I have ever met in my life, the jcwlunacy locker room—who treated me with the utmost respect, and the entire crew who worked their ARSES off every day.

Yeah, it was a wild ride . . . but, now . . . maybe I can finally take that nap.
