Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics.com noted that Dynamite narrowly beat WWE RAW in the 18-49 demo (0.43) for the second week in a row.
The September 8th 2021 edition of AEW Dynamite, which followed the 2021 AEW All Out PPV and featured the first Dynamite appearances of Bryan Danielson/Adam Cole/Ruby Soho, drew 1.319 million viewers with 681,000 (0.53 rating) in the 18-49 demo. Overall viewership was the second highest in the history of the show.
Raw this week was watched by 556,000 in 18 to 49.
Dynamite ranked #1 in the demo among cable originals on the day, according to Showbuzz Daily. It beat MTV's The Challenge, which had a 0.44 demo rating.
