Video: Interim TNT Champion crowned at Battle of the Belts
During Saturday night’s AEW Battle of the Belts special, Sammy Guevara defeated Dustin Rhodes to become the interim TNT Champion. The interim title was created since TNT Champion Cody was not cleared to compete.
It was a back and forth match with several nearfalls exchanged. At one point, Dustin put Guevara through a table on the outside with a Canadian Destroyer.
After the match, David Crockett presented the title to Guevara. Daniel Garcia then confronted Guevara and a brawl erupted between the two of them.
