Update on the speculation surrounding Jack Perry potentially being The Devil in AEW

There is still no official word regarding Jack Perry returning to AEW but fans have speculated on him being behind the “Devil” mask since glass has been used in multiple attacks. During Perry’s match against Hook at All In’s Zero Hour kickoff show, there was a spot involving a car windshield. Perry seemingly took a shot Punk when he said to the camera, “It’s real glass, cry me a river.”

During the December 13th 2023 edition of AEW Dynamite, The Devil’s henchmen attacked “Hangman” Adam Page and glass was once again used in the segment as Page was slammed into a car windshield. In regards to the Perry speculation, Fightful Select noted the following…

“Fightful received a message from one high level source immediately after the segment specifying that they don’t believe Jack Perry is involved in the angle. We have been told that technically Perry’s suspension has long been up, but he’s not back at the shows. It’s always possible that creative plans could change to adjust who is planned for the group.”

Perry recently filed for several trademarks.
