Natalya was seen bleeding from the nose during the end of her match against Shayna Baszler from the November 4th 2022 edition (taped the previous Friday) of WWE Smackdown. Natalya wrote on Twitter that she suffered a dislocated nose and then revealed that she had a procedure done…

“We moved my dislocated nose back to the center of my face where it belongs!! I love the shape of my nose and it will stay the same, thank goodness! Can finally breathe again🙏 Pain is beauty! LFG! 😂”

PostWrestling.com noted the following: “POST Wrestling was told by multiple people with knowledge of the situation that the strike to the face on SmackDown was a cover reason as Natalya was due to have nasal surgery.”
