Update on Jade Cargill’s future with AEW following her return (includes Rampage spoiler)

After being gone for months, Jade Cargill made her return to AEW during the September 9th 2023 edition of Collision. A match between Cargill and TBS champion Kris Statlander was set up for the September 15th 2023 edition of Rampage. The match was taped on Wednesday night and in a spoiler, Kris defeated Jade clean.

It now appears that the Rampage match could be Jade’s final one with AEW. According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com, it’s rumored that Jade is finishing up with AEW as sources within AEW and WWE both believe that she is heading to WWE. It was also stressed that plans can always change.

Jade was first signed to AEW in November of 2020.
