AEW Dynamite on 9/13/23 draws one of the smallest crowds in the show’s history

According to Twitter account @WrestleTix, 2,667 tickets were distributed for the September 13th 2023 edition of AEW Dynamite in Cincinnati, OH at the 17,556 seat Heritage Bank Center. AEW previously drew 4,740 in the building for Dynamite on October 18th 2022.

@WrestleTix noted the following about this week’s Dynamite attendance…

“This attendance figure ended up surpassing only one other AEW TV event attendance for the year, which was Collision in Regina, SK (2,474). It secured the second-to-last position, just ahead of Rampage in Kingston, RI (2,743). No sugar coating it, this was a bad turnout. Many residents in the area reached out to me, noting that they only became aware of the event’s presence the day before when AEW advertisements aired during nearly every commercial break of the Reds (baseball) game.”

This week’s Dynamite drew one of the smallest crowds in the show’s history. There were episodes of Dynamite during the Covid-19 pandemic that had smaller crowds at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville. There was also the March 11th 2020 edition of Dynamite that had around 2,500 in attendance (number via F4WOnline.com) but some ticketholders opted not to attend due to the Covid-19 outbreak.
