Update on Chad Gable’s status with WWE heading into the 2024 Clash at the Castle PLE

As previously noted, WWE reportedly made an “excellent offer” to keep Chad Gable with the company. It was also said that key people in AEW were pushing Tony Khan to sign Gable.

According to PWInsider.com, the belief is that Chad Gable is either “extremely close” or has come to terms with WWE on a new deal and will be staying with them. While not a 100% confirmation, people within WWE are working under the belief that he is remaining with the company.

Furthermore, Fightful.com noted that “sources in AEW and WWE assume that Chad Gable has re-signed or at the very least is remaining with the company.”
