Tyrus “must retire” from wrestling after losing the NWA worlds heavyweight title to EC3
As seen during night two of NWA’s 75th Anniversary show on Sunday night, EC3 defeated Tyrus in a bullrope match to become the new NWA worlds champion. Per the match stipulation, Tyrus “must retire” from wrestling.
Tyrus, who held the NWA worlds title for 289 days, has been a controversial figure for the company in recent months due to his political opinions outside of the ring.
