TNA star Elijah (formerly Elias in WWE) reportedly suffers torn triceps injury during NXT match

TNA Wrestling star Elijah, who was formerly Elias in WWE, had been making appearances for the NXT brand as part of WWE’s partnership with TNA. Unfortunately for Elias, Fightful.com reports that he suffered a torn triceps during the June 17th 2025 edition of NXT. It was noted that Elijah has already undergone surgery but there is currently no timetable for his return to the ring.

Bryan Alvarez of F4WOnline.com, who first broke the story about Elijah being hurt, stated the following about what happened…

“What happened was, he tried the Undertaker old-school and landed really weird on his elbow and appeared to injure it badly. He basically didn’t use his arm for the rest of the match and somehow nobody noticed it.”
