There has reportedly been talk of an NXT Deadline 2023 performer being called up to the WWE main roster

Two Iron Survivor challenge matches will take place at this Saturday’s WWE NXT Deadline PLE. Participants for the men’s match include Dijak, Trick Williams, Josh Briggs, Bron Breakker and Tyler Bate.

Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com noted the following about Bate while discussing the match…

“There has at least been talk of Bate going to the main roster. His size isn’t particularly right for that but the size thing isn’t as big a deal now with Vince McMahon out of the picture and Paul Levesque [Triple H] being more open minded as to who can be a top star.”

Bate first joined WWE in 2016 and has worked with the company’s UK brand and NXT.
