Stipulation match announced for AEW WrestleDream 2026
A stipulation match has been announced for AEW WrestleDream 2026. During Saturday’s episode of AEW Collision, Tony Schiavone announced that Will Ospreay will defend the AEW World Championship in a Clockwork Carnage match on October 17th in Orlando, Florida.
The match will feature eight wrestlers and consist of two stages, with one winner determined by the end of the contest.
Clockwork Carnage Match Rules:
* Eight wrestlers will compete in the match, with two randomly selected participants starting in the ring.
* Every three minutes, another randomly selected wrestler will enter the match.
* During the first stage, any wrestler who is pinned or submitted will be eliminated until all eight participants have entered.
* Once the final wrestler enters, the second stage begins, featuring a 15-minute scoring period.
* During the scoring period, each pinfall or submission will count as one fall.
