Speculation about a new character coming to WWE NXT 2.0

During the May 24th 2022 edition of WWE NXT 2.0, a vignette aired which hyped up the arrival of a new Italian character named Giovanni Vinci. Some fans on social media have speculated that Vinci is the former Fabian Aichner due to him born in Italy.

Since the split of Imperium and the main roster call-ups of Gunther and Ludwig Kaiser, Aicher hasn’t been seen on NXT television. It was recently Vince McMahon doesn’t want any new WWE stars using their real names nor names that they used prior to joining the company which would explain Aicher getting a name change.
