Sheamus comments on his WWE hiatus amidst speculation about his future

Sheamus has not wrestled on WWE television since his match against Edge (Adam Copeland) in August. It was reported that Sheamus has been dealing with a “significant” shoulder injury.

In March, Sheamus deactivated his Twitter/X account which led to internet speculation about his future. While appearing on Premier League Mornings Live at the Premier League Fan Fest this weekend, Sheamus commented on his hiatus…

“Yes, seven months I’ve been off, you know what I mean? From WWE but, I wanna tell everybody, big things are coming for Sheamus this year. Huge things are coming for Sheamo.”
