Shawn Spears aka Tye Dillinger returns to WWE during the 2/27/24 edition of NXT

Shawn Spears aka Tye Dillinger, who left WWE in 2019, returned to the company during the February 27th 2024 edition of NXT. Ridge Holland was cutting a promo when the lights went out and a mystery man attacked Holland with a steel chair. The man lifted his hood up to reveal himself as Spears.

Spears was one of AEW’s first talent signings in 2019 and announced his departure from the company in December of 2023.
