Ryback becomes trending topic due to comment made following CM Punk’s injury announcement

As seen during the June 3rd 2022 edition of AEW Rampage, CM Punk announced that he is injured and will need surgery. Shortly after the segment aired, former WWE star Ryback wrote “Karma Rules 😉” on Twitter.

Ryback and Punk have personal history dating back to their WWE feud in 2012. In 2014, Punk claimed that working with Ryback “took 20 years off my f*cking life.”
