Results of the tag team titles match at AEW Revolution 2023

The Gunns (c) vs. The Acclaimed vs. Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal vs. Orange Cassidy and Danhausen for the AEW tag team titles took place at AEW Revolution 2023. Here are the highlights…

* Jarrett and Orange Cassidy started the match. Cassidy mocked Jarrett’s strut and built up early momentum. Cassidy went for an orange punch on Austin but he avoided it.

* Sonjay Dutt got involved and ended up being the victim of Scissor Me Timbers.

* The bad guys did a four-way strut and mocked the scissoring as they worked over Bowens. Bowens was able to tag out to Caster and early pinned Lethal but Jarrett made the save. The Gunns turned against Jarrett/Lethal and then Satnam Singh got involved. Danhausen entered the ring and confronted Singh. Cassidy hit an orange punch to Singh and then Billy Gunn hit Singh with a fame asser. The Gunns came back in with a double low blow to their father.

* Cassidy hit the mic drop but the pin attempt was broken up. Jarrett tried to use his guitar but Caster took it away. The referee grabbed the guitar and Lethal used a golden globe on Caster during the distraction. Caster managed to kick out and Jarrett got in a shoving match with the referee.

* Dauhausen came back in but The Gunns double teamed him with the 3:10 to Yuma and scored the pinfall victory.

* After the match, The Gunns were interviewed by Renee Paquette but then FTR returned to confront them. FTR hit a spike piledriver and shatter machine to take out The Gunns. Harwood was busted open during the melee.
