Rey Fenix and Shinsuke Nakamura received special entrances, accompanied by an Andre video package. R-Truth eliminated Carlito first, throwing Carlito’s apple at him. The Miz then eliminated R-Truth. Austin Theory and Damian Waller simultaneously tossed out Pretty Deadly. Fenix eliminated Santos Escobar. Otis accidentally eliminated himself while taking out The Creed Brothers. Fenix was able to throw out Chad Gable. The Miz assisted Carmelo Hayes but was then eliminated by Pete Dunne.

The final four competitors were Nakamura, Andrade, Fenix, and Carmelo. Andrade eliminated Nakamura. El Grande Americano, from outside the ring, eliminated Fenix, leaving Carmelo and Andrade. Carmelo ultimately eliminated Andrade to secure the victory.
