Results of Seth Rollins vs. Finn Balor at WWE Money in the Bank 2023

Seth Rollins (c) vs. Finn Balor for the world heavyweight title took place at WWE Money in the Bank 2023. Here are the highlights…

* Rollins basked in the crowd singing his song before the match.

* Rollins’ ribs were taped up for the match. Rollins was selling his ribs after hitting Balor with a dive to the outside. Balor gained control and targeted the mid-section of Rollins.

* Rollins fought back and gave Balor a buckle bomb into the corner. Rollins went for a top rope splash but Balor got his knees up. Rollins avoided the coup de grace and delivered a pedigree but Balor kicked out. At this point, Damian Priest showed up with his MITB briefcase and the crowd chanted “cash it in” at him.

* Rollins had words with Priest and Balor took advantage. Balor gave Rollins a coup de grace on the outside of the ring. Back in the ring, Balor went for the coup de grace again but Priest stood up and Balor was distracted. Rollins hit the stomp on Balor and scored the pinfall victory.
