Results of Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes vs. Bloodline at WWE Bad Blood 2024 PLE (The Rock returns)

Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes vs. The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu) took place at the WWE Bad Blood 2024 PLE. Here are the highlights…

* The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff school band performed Cody’s theme song for his entrance. Roman Reigns had a full orchestra for his entrance.

* There was a staredown between the two teams. Reigns and Cody discussed who would start the match and it ended up being Cody against Fatu. Solo tagged in and then Reigns tagged in. Reigns sent Solo to the outside and then Fatu got back in the ring with making a tag. Solo then attacked Reigns from behind.

* After being worked over for a few minutes, Reigns was able to tag Cody. Cody hit a cutter to Fatu and went for Cross Rhodes but Solo provided a distraction which helped Fatu gain control. Cody tried to tag Reigns but Fatu pulled Reigns off the apron.

* Reigns was eventually able to make the hot tag. Reigns hit Solo with the superman punch but Solo kicked out. Fatu prevented a spear attempt and Reigns was hit with a double superkick. Cody came back in to help Reigns and things broke down.

* Cody gave Fatu a Cross Rhodes on the floor. Cody laid Fatu on the announce table and delivered a big splash from the top through the table.

* Reigns went for the spear but then the Tongas arrived. Solo hit a spear but Reigns was able to kick out.

* Jimmy Uso made his surprise return and attacked the Tongas with superkicks. Reigns then pinned Solo to win the match for his team. After the match, Reigns and Jimmy hugged as the crowd cheered.

* Reigns and Jimmy left the ring. The Bloodline attacked Cody in the ring and Reigns hesitated at first but then got back in the ring to help him. Reigns picked up the WWE title but handed it back to Cody. The Rock’s music then hit and he appeared on the stage.
