Results of Nia Jax vs. Bayley at WWE Bad Blood 2024 PLE

Nia Jax (c) vs. Bayley for the WWE women’s title took place at the WWE Bad Blood 2024 PLE. Here are the highlights…

* Jacqueline, Lilian Garcia, and Booker T were shown at ringside prior to the match. Hosts Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill, and Naomi spoke in the luxury suite that contained several legends including DDP and X-Pac.

* Nia dominated Bayley in the early moments of the match. In addition to her power moves, Nia applied submission holds to Bayley. Bayley was eventually able to build up momentum on the outside and delivered a suicide dive. However, Nia was quickly able to regain the upper hand.

* Nia countered Bayley’s attempt at a powerbomb and then nearly won with Bayley’s own Bayley to Belly. Bayley recovered and came off the top with a flying elbow but Nia powered out of the pin attempt.

* Bayley took down Nia with a Samoan drop but couldn’t make the cover right away. Nia started to get up but accidentally collapsed onto the referee. Bayley hit the rose plant but the referee was still down.

* Tiffany ran down to the ring and attacked Bayley with her briefcase. Tiffany checked on the referee and the referee picked up the briefcase. Nia then sat up and thought Tiffany was going to cash in it. Bayley took advantage and regained control.

* Bayley climbed to the top but was distracted by Tiffany on the outside. Nia took advantage by hitting a Samoan drop and then pinned Bayley with the annihilator.
