Results of MJF vs. Adam Cole at AEW Worlds End 2024 PPV

MJF vs. Adam Cole for the Dynamite Diamond ring took place at the 2024 AEW Worlds End PPV event. Here are the highlights…

* MJF immediately retreated to the outside but Cole went right after him. MJF sent Cole into the steps and Cole was busted open. MJF yelled “shut the f*ck up” to fans as he targeted Cole’s wound. MJF tried to go for a Panama Sunrise but was caught with a superkick.

* Cole’s momentum was cut short as MJF went after Cole’s ankle and drove it into ring post. However, Cole was able to send MJF head-first into the post and MJF was also busted open. Cole hit the Panama sunrise followed by the boom strike but MJF kicked out.

* MJF regained the upper hand with a figure four leglock but Cole reversed it. MJF went to the outside and acted like The Kingdom attacked him. The referee had The Kingdom ejected from ringside. MJF grabbed his Diamond ring but Cole countered with a superkick. Cole went to use it but MJF caught him with a low blow. MJF then hit the heatseeker to win the match.

* After the match, MJF yelled out that he was going to break Cole’s “f*cking leg” but Roderick Strong made the save. Kyle O’Reilly grabbed MJF and threw him back in the ring. O’Reilly and Strong attacked MJF and then helped up Cole. Cole then hit MJF with the ring and hugged O’Reilly, Strong, Matt Taven, and Mike Bennett.
