Lyra Valkyria (c) vs. Roxanne Perez took place during the WWE NXT Stand and Deliver 2024 PLE in Philadelphia, PA. Here are the highlights…

* Before the match, Ava Raine announced that a women’s North American title is being introduced. International wrestling star Giulia was shown at ringside with William Regal.

* The two had a feeling out process in the early moments. Lyra was favoring her arm as the match progressed and Roxanne took control by targeting it.

* Lyra started to make a comeback but was still having issues with her arm. The top were both on the top and Lyra hit a sitdown powerbomb out of the corner but Roxanne kicked out. Roxanne regained control with a tornado DDT on the floor. Roxanne got Lyra back in the ring and hit the Pop Rocks but Lyra kicked out.

* Tatum Paxley came out to try and help Lyra. Lyra ended up being sent into Payley on the outside and then Roxanne slammed Lyra’s arm into the ring post. Back in the ring, Roxanne applied a crossface but Lyra countered. The two traded nearfalls but then Roxanne hit a poisonrana followed by another Pop Rocks. Roxanne reapplied a crossface and Lyra tapped out after being unable to escape.
