Results of Liv Morgan vs. Ronda Rousey at WWE Summerslam 2022

Liv Morgan (c) vs. Ronda Rousey for the Smackdown women’s title took place at WWE Summerslam 2022. Here are the highlights…

* Before the match, a Charlotte Flair video package aired.

* Riddle came to the ring and called out Seth Rollins despite not being medically cleared. Rollins arrived and the two started brawling. Rollins ended up hitting Riddle with a curb stomp as officials tried to keep them apart.

* Ronda took down Liv right off the bad and then caught Liv in the face with a knee. Liv elbowed Ronda in the face and went for oblivion but Ronda avoided it.

* Ronda got an armbar on but Liv was able to get a foot on the rope. Ronda got another armbar on but Liv got to the rope again. The referee had a trainer check on Liv and then the match continued.

* Ronda put on another armbar but her shoulders were down and the referee counted three. The referee didn’t notice that Liv tapped out before the count of three.

* Ronda was frustrated and attacked Liv after the match. Ronda then attacked the referee and put him in an armbar.
