Jon Moxley (c) vs. Kyle O’Reilly in a no time limit match for the Continental title took place at AEW Double or Nothing 2026. Here are the highlights…
The two had a feeling-out process in the early moments. After the two traded holds on the mat, they battled on the outside of the ring. Moxley flipped off Kyle, and Kyle responded by delivering a series of kicks but then kicked the ring post by mistake. Moxley got Kyle back in the ring and targeted the knee.

Kyle was able to fight back with submissions, including the ankle lock. Kyle connected with a curb stomp, but Moxley came back with a cutter and both men were down. After they returned to their feet, Moxley connected with the Death Rider. Moxley applied the rear-naked choke, but Kyle countered with the ankle lock again. Moxley countered with his own ankle lock, and Kyle finally tapped out. Moxley shook hands with Kyle afterwards.
