Results of Iyo Sky vs. Bianca Belair at WWE Crown Jewel 2023 PLE

Iyo Sky (c) vs. Bianca Belair for the WWE women’s title took place at the WWE Crown Jewel 2023 PLE. Here are the highlights…

* Before the match, Bianca cut a promo and said phase one was completed by beating Bayley on Smackdown. Bianca said Iyo would be on her own.

* Bianca had momentum in the early moments. Iyo got the upper hand when Bianca charged at her but missed and hit the ring post. Iyo targeted the knee of Bianca. Iyo went for a missile dropkick but missed.

* Bianca started to make a comeback but was selling her knee. Iyo grabbed at Bianca’s ponytail but it backfired on her. Bayley then showed up and distracted Bianca to help Iyo regain the upper hand. Iyo hit the moonsault to Bianca on the outside on the ring and sent her back into the ring. Back in the ring, Iyo hit her springboard missile dropkick but Bianca kicked out.

* Bianca was on the verge of winning when Bayley got on the apron. Bianca went after Bayley on the outside of the ring and then Iyo accidentally Bayley while trying to help her. Bianca went to give Bayley the KOD but then the returning Kairi Sane attacked Bianca.

* Bianca barely beat the 10 count but was then immediately hit with the moonsault from Iyo and pinned. The attack continued after the match and Kairi laid out Bianca with her top rope elbow. Bayley seemed shocked by Kairi’s presence.
