Drew McIntyre vs. Sami Zayn took place at the WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 14th 2024. Here are the highlights…

* Zayn went right after McIntyre before McIntyre could take off his entrance attire. Zayn took McIntyre to the outside and hit him with a springboard moonsault. Zayn went over the top again but was caught and McIntyre tossed Zayn over the announce table.

* After the commercial break, McIntyre countered the helluva kick and tried to finish off Zayn. Zayn counted the claymore and hit a Blue Thunder Bomb but McIntyre kicked out. McIntyre was able to recover and picked up the clean win with a claymore.
