Results of Bron Breakker vs. Tyler Bate at WWE NXT Worlds Collide 2022

Bron Breakker (NXT Champion) vs. Tyler Bate (NXT UK Champion) to unify the NXT Championship and the NXT United Kingdom Championship took place at WWE NXT Worlds Collide 2022. Here are the highlights…

* For Bate’s entrance, he watched various clips from his NXT UK career that were projected on the walls. The crowd was behind Bate and chanted “Tyler two belts.”

* The two went back and forth on the mat in the early moments and then both kipped up at the same time. Breakker was sent to the outside and Bate took him down with a dive over the top rope. Back in the ring, Bate nearly beat Breakker on multiple occasions and the crowd chanted “NXT.”

* Both were on the top and Breakker knocked Bate off. Breakker hit a bulldog off the top but followed but a powerbomb but Bate kicked out. The crowd started a dueling chant as Breakker and Bate exchanged blows. Bate powered out of an armbar with an airplane spin followed by a slam but Breakker kicked out. Bate hit a Tiger Driver 97 but Breakker kicked out again.

* Breakker came back and hit his powerslam but Bate got his foot on the rope. Bate had another burst of energy but then he was caught with a spear out of nowhere and that led to Breakker scoring the victory.

* After the match, Breakker bowed to Bate and Bate handed the titles to Breakker. The two hugged and Breakker raised Bate’s hand.
