The Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin) (c) (with MVP and MJF) vs. The Sons of Texas (Dustin Rhodes and Sammy Guevara) for the AEW tag team titles took place at AEW Double or Nothing 2025. Here are the highlights…

* While Guevara used his speed to counteract The Hurt Syndicate’s power, his momentum didn’t last. MJF attacked Guevara while the referee wasn’t looking. Guevara was worked over for a few minutes but then managed to tag out to Dustin.

* While MJF was on the apron, Dustin delivered the Unnatural Kick to Benjamin, and chaos ensued with all four men in the ring. After Lashley took out Guevara on the floor, MJF offered his Dynamite Diamond Ring to Benjamin. Lashley yelled at MJF, which allowed Guevara to tag back in.

* MVP distracted the referee, and Lashley gouged Dustin’s eyes. Lashley speared Dustin through the barricade. Back in the ring, Benjamin superkicked Guevara to secure the victory.
