Results of Bianca Belair vs. Asuka at WWE Wrestlemania 39

Bianca Belair (c) vs. Asuka for the RAW women’s title took place at WWE Wrestlemania 39 Sunday. Here are the highlights…

* Asuka had several people dressed up like her for her entrance while Bianca had the Divas of Compton perform a dance routine for her entrance.

* Bianca went right after Asuka when the bell rang with dropkicks. Bianca hit a spinebuster and nearly beat Asuka in the early moments. Asuka finally caught Bianca with the Asuka lock but Bianca was able to roll out of the ring. Asuka went after Bianca but Bianca was able to hit Asuka with a sitdown powerbomb on the floor.

* Back in the ring, Asuka caught Bianca with a missile dropkick and took control. Asuka was on the apron and Bianca managed to suplex Bianca back into the ring.

* The two traded nearfalls as the crowd did dueling chants. Bianca couldn’t put away Asuka and started to show frustration. Asuka hit a codebreaker but Bianca kicked out.

* Asuka attempted to use the mist but Bianca ducked. Bianca went for the KOD but Asuka countered into the armbar. Bianca managed to power out of it into the KOD and scored the pinfall victory.
