Report: Vince McMahon has told people that he intends to make a WWE comeback

This past Summer, Vince McMahon announced his retirement following claims that he agreed to pay millions of dollars in hush money to women over a 16-year period.

Joe Palazzolo of WSJ shared a new article regarding Vince McMahon and he tweeted the following…

“Ex-WWE CEO Vince McMahon has told people that he intends to make a comeback; that he received bad advice from people close to him to step down amid a sexual-misconduct investigation; and that the allegations would have blown over had he stayed.”

Louis Dangoor of GiveMeSport.com wrote the following regarding the story…

“Vince McMahon may want to return to WWE, but it’s not as simple as that. People I’ve spoken to say the new management team considers him to be ‘fully done’ following his retirement in July. The new leadership team are also aware that morale is MASSIVELY up now he’s gone.”

Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics also noted the following from the article…

“Rita Chatterton asks for $11.75 million after she publicly accused Vince McMahon three decades ago of raping her in a limousine… Attorney for a former spa manager says McMahon assaulted his client in 2011 at a California resort, an incident previously unreported by media.”
