Report on the status of WWE SummerSlam 2026 amid reports of U.S. Bank Stadium having roof damage

Despite a report from The Minnesota Star Tribune stating that a significant portion of the roof at U.S. Bank Stadium needs to be replaced due to hail damage sustained in 2023, the issue is not expected to affect WWE SummerSlam 2026. WrestleVotes noted that according to a WWE source, company officials have been informed by city representatives that the roof remains structurally safe.

The Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority also addressed the matter in a statement, saying, “All Minnesotans can be confident that the roof at U.S. Bank Stadium is safe, that proactive steps are in place to preserve its unique environment, and the MSFA’s financial safeguards have protected this public investment.”

According to F4WOnline.com, SummerSlam Saturday has 24,051 tickets distributed with a get-in price of $75, while the SummerSlam Sunday has 24,208 tickets distributed with a get-in price of $81.
