Participants confirmed for the 2026 women’s AEW Blood and Guts match

The 2026 women’s Blood and Guts match was made official by AEW following the October 24th edition of AEW Collision.

During the show, Divine Dominion (Megan Bayne and Lena Kross) faced Wrathlander (Kris Statlander and Harley Cameron). The match ended in a disqualification after Sisters of Sin (Julia Hart and Skye Blue) interfered and attacked Statlander and Cameron. Thekla then appeared ready to join the assault, but Willow Nightingale came out to even the odds.

Later in a backstage segment, Willow and Wrathlander challenged Divine Dominion and Triangle of Madness to a Blood and Guts match. The Brawling Birds also expressed interest in joining the action, and AEW subsequently made the match official.
